Candle Shopping Just Got A Facelift: Snif Candle Review

SNIF HAS RELEASED CANDLES, I REPEAT, SNIF HAS RELEASED CANDLES!!! Snif is back at it with their try-before-you-buy format but this time, with amazing smelling candles! You can either purchase their candles individually or get the entire collection for free, try the complimentary votive size of each scent, and send back what you didn’t vibe with! You only pay for the full size candles you keep. I have been all up in Snif’s DM’s about needing them to release candles so this launch is super exciting for me. Now I need them to get it together and give me a festive holiday scent. (EDITING UPDATE: I have it on good authority that they are in fact releasing a seasonal scent just in time for the holidays on 11/12) This full set is great for holiday gifting, you can break them up for three separate gifts or if you’re a super Santa, give the entire set to a candle lover! Keep reading for the run down of Snif’s newest candle collection!

Instant Karma

So when I opened my front door to this package, I could literally smell the goodness through the box. These candles are incredibly fragrant, not in an overwhelming way, but in a you-get-what-you-pay-for kind of way. It was love at first snif with this one. Instant Karma has notes of Cardamom, nashi pear, black plum, geranium, vetiver, cedarwood, and black tea. It’s dark and kinda sexy but also warm and cozy. It’s the perfect fall scent! (Also, I tested all of these candles and each of them burned beautifully. I didn’t experience any wax tunneling or wick popping.)

Off The Grid

I had to basically fist fight my mother over this candle (don’t worry I let her take the little votive because I fancy myself a philanthropist and it is the season of giving after all). I am honestly shocked how much I love this candle given all of the floral notes. It contains notes of lily of the valley, moss, cypress, tuberose, cedar, cistus amber, and sandalwood. It smells warm and calming but also fresh and herbal.

Birds And The Breeze

This is very aptly named; it gives me secret garden vibes. It has notes of mimosa petals, galbanum, jasmine, cyclamen, orchid, musk, and cedarwood. It is a bit too sweet and floral for my taste, but that’s what makes Snif so great. Since I love the other two scents in the collection, I could have easily sent this one back and kept the other two! Luckily for me, Snif kindly sent me their new candle collection to review so one of my flower-loving friends is getting a complimentary Snif candle from Santa, aka ME.
