Current Hyper-fixation Treat: Chocolate Dipped Clementines

Behold my current hyper-fixation snack. I need to be careful to not over do it on this amazing combo because it will break my heart of this turns on me and I end up being disgusted by it.

See below how to make and prepare to be obsessed!!

Here is what you will need:

Peeled Clementines

Dark Chocolate Chunks

Coconut Oil

Maldon Salt

  1. Peel your clementines (I like to make to make these in bulk to have for a few nights!)

  2. Place your peeled clementines on a sheet of wax paper

  3. Add your chocolate chips and teaspoon of coconut oil to bowl

  4. Microwave oil and chocolate in 30 second intervals until melty and smooth

  5. Dip clementines one at a time in melted chocolate and top with a sprinkle of Maldon salt

  6. place in refridgerator for at least 3 hours

  7. Enjoy :)
