Homebody January Report

One month down and eleven more to go for 2024 and January of course felt like half a year in itself.

Keep reading for the things I am reading, eating, playing, obsessing, recommending, and treating myself to at the moment!

R= Reading

E=Eating/Drinking

P=Playing

O=Obsessing

R=Recommending

T=Treating

R= Strange Sally Diamond

This is the spookiest book I have read in a long time. (I am also a weenie when it comes to spooky scary skeleton books)

Reclusive Sally Diamond is thrown into the media spotlight when she tries to incinerate her dead father on their farm after telling her to “throw him out with the trash” upon his death. Now she's the center of attention, not only from hungry reporters and police detectives, but also a sinister voice from a past she does not remember.

E= Dona Kyoto Matcha

I picked up this matcha powder from a local pop up shop in Annapolis, MD and it is hands down the best matcha powder I have ever tried. If you are a fellow matcha snob, you need to get your hands on this matcha powder!

P=Belgravia

I am a sucker for a period drama and when I saw that the creator of Downton Abbey was coming out with a new show, I was sat! You can watch the first season on Amazon Prime.

O= Blancos Tinted Blush Oil

I was kindly sent this blush oil and I am fully obsessed. It is a super unique formula and looks soooo juicy on the cheeks!

R= Ilia Base Face Milk

This is a new addition to my skincare routine but I am LOVING IT. I have super dry and sensitive leaning skin that can breakout farily easily from stress and diet. I am trying to use layers of lightweight hydrating products to combat the dryness but not clog my pores.

I press this essence into the skin after spraying my HFE and follow up with serum and moisturizer. It feels like a liquidy moisturizer and immediately calms my skin and reduces redness.

T= Serena & Lily Winn Rug

I moved into my own place this past month so I am finally able to decorate totally how I want to. I treated myself to this runner I have been eyeing when I saw it go on a wicked sale. I love the pop of color in my kitchen and it brings joy everytime I look at it :)
