MASK UP
While things are on the up and up for us pandemic wise, it is clear that we will be wearing masks for a while. So we might as well look good while not suffocating (I’m being a drama queen but you get it. Some masks are tortuous). I have tried lots of masks on my quest for comfort and I have rounded up my masks that don’t completely suck!!!! Keep in mind, I have a big ass head so I am going to whine about things tugging on my ears. So if you have an average sized skull, good for you….. must be nice.
This is the first reusable face mask I purchased and it’s still a top fav. The silk material is soft and gentle on the skin the the adjustable ear straps an essential for my MASSIVE HEAD. It also includes a squeezable nose bridge and some replacements for when it gets tangled. I will say, this material is not ideal for the warmer months because it tends to get super hot and sticky under there. So in preparation for the spring and summer, I snagged my next masks!
I picked a pack of three of these linen masks up in the hopes that they would be lightweight enough for the upcoming warmer months and it’s perfection! It comes in regular and petite sizes, tons of colors and materials, and has adjustable ear straps. I will probably solely use this in the the spring and summer.
This is one of the most comfortable masks I have found breathing-wise. It has a very structured shape so it doesn’t end up touching your mouth at all. It’s this super cool knit material so it looks really nice (for a mask) too! My ONLY complaint is that the ear straps are so so so tight on me so I can only wear this one for a short time. But if your head is normal you’ll love this!
This is the most recent addition to my mask wardrobe. My brother actually had one and I tried his on and immediately bought a beige and black pack. If my head is massive, my brother’s head is gargantuan. AND IT FITS OUR ABOVE AVERAGE SIZED MUGS!! I love the wrap around straps so there is zero pressure on the ears.

If I have to wear these masks, I at least want to look cool, ya know??? So I picked this tortoise mask chain up on major sale. I get tons of compliments when I wear out in public and I will also be using it as a glasses strap in the summer!
