PB&J Smoothie Recipe
My last smoothie recipe got a lot of love so I thought I’d share another one of my go-to recipes! Because when you guys say dance, I say how high?? (Name that tv show) I love this smoothie because it is packed with protein and nutrients while also targeting my sweet tooth. Hopefully you all love it just as much as I do and stay tuned for more of my smoothie recipes coming up!
You’ll Need:
One banana
1/2 cup oats
Oatly strawberry oatgurt (or any yogurt you like but this is my fav for this recipe)
One cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons of PB powder mixed with 1.5 tablespoons water (or any nut butter!!!)
One cup Trader Joes Blueberry Lavender Almond Milk (add more depending on how thiccc you like your smoothies but this particular milk is essential)
Ice to your liking
